I’m Frank Echenhofer. My work deeply explores consciousness and spirituality. It includes neuroscience research with the Dalai Lama's monks in India and with shamans in the jungles of South America. In addition to workshops and public talks, I offer mentoring for anyone serious about the spiritual path. I also offer mentoring to students and writers working on the development of dissertations or books related to my specialty areas. |

My new book.
This collection of poems and drawings emerged from an excavation of private notebooks accumulated over many years, where insights, dreams, and dreamlike visions were captured in words and images. Like artifacts from an archaelological dig, these remnants of the self were retrieved, dusted off and arranged anew into an expanded sense of a self that includes and transcends the past as it meets the present moment with freshness and humor. |
